In retrospect, continuing my run after falling last night may have been a bad decision. The outside of my foot hurts more today than it did yesterday. It's really hard to walk up and down the stairs. I really hope it stops hurting soon.

  1. That is how I felt after spraining my ankle. Its just so disappointing to have to stop. It feels like every time I make progress with my workouts, I get sick ...or hurt myself. However, looking back on it, the percentage of times I have hurt myself are far fewer than the percentage of times I have been healthy.
    Your story is hilarious! I can just imagine you face down on the sidewalk. LOL....I would have been pretty embarrassed by dude stopping also.
